Hello!!
It is so exciting for me to be the new owner of Picture to Page! I can tell you the last few weeks have been
a whirlwind for me and my family. This is an exciting new adventure for us all! I just want to tell you a
little about myself, as I hope to get to know a little about each of you very soon.
I grew up right here in Hampton / Newport News and although I've got 8+ years of experience in Marine Design,
by far my most favorite job was the two years I spent in Raleigh, NC at Archivers. I started there as a part
time supervisor and eventually worked my way up to Assistant Manager / Acting Manager. I truly loved and
looked forward to going to work every day. Now I cannot believe that I have the opportunity to "love" my job again!
I have been scrapbooking for 11 years and have been a customer here at Picture to Page since the doors opened.
For me, scrapbooking has always been therapeutic and I am passionate about encouraging others to preserve their
memories too! My philosophy is simple, there is no right or wrong way to scrapbook, variety is
the spice of life, so no matter your style or preference, in this industry there is something for everyone.
My husband, Lonnie and I were married last May, and we are enjoying our "second chance" at happiness with each
other and our children. Together we have 3 great kids, Kyle is 14, Eden is 10 and Trey is 6, and they keep us
very busy and highly entertained. When we are not working (or refereeing, lol), we enjoy watching our children
play Little League, camping and just relaxing.
Over the next couple of months, the store will transistion back to full life. I have a plan and am working hard
to implement some exciting changes! I am looking forward to meeting you all. If you have any comments, questions
or suggestions, bring them in, I would love to hear them!!
